I never pictured myself with a personal trainer, and I spent hours trying to work out a good way to cancel my first appointment. I'm really glad I didn't find that excuse. I thought I would feel uncomfortable, that it would be too hard, that I would find it all really intimidating... What really happened is that I love my trainer; he makes me work hard but he also makes me laugh! He also gives me an amazing amount of support and encouragement. I love group training! The trainers and the people are great!! The best bit is that every week I feel stronger, and fitter AND I'm having fun!!
